About Us

Fieldserve Systems was established in 1998 and now provides a wide range of IT consultancy services to all kinds of companies.

We have a mix of both large and small businesses in our client list, and our main focus is on advising companies on how to best realise the benefits that technology investment can bring to their business.

From our base in Waldron, East Sussex in the United Kingdom we service a global customer base, with clients in the United States, Australia, and Singapore in addition to those in London and the South East of England.

Our Approach

We understand that no two businesses are exactly alike and therefore no two businesses will have the same requirements.

On all projects we will work closely with the relevant people in your organisation to make sure we fully understand your requirements and expectations.

Before we begin to work on delivering your agreed solution we will provide clear, written documentation to explain what we will deliver, when we will deliver it and how much it will cost you.

Throughout any project we provide regular updates on the progress and all relevant documentation.

We can also assist with your initial analysis if required - everything from help with research to cost/benefit analysis and budget projections.
